There's a woman at my job who's hot for me....?

Problem is she's like 10 years older than me, how do I know if she wants to date me or have a boy toy?

Office relationships are awkward. Put down her desires in a courteous and cordial manner, and establish your wants for your life (take a stand and make a foothold, in other words.)

(On the other hand, if this were a non-workplace situation, I would say "go for it.")

This is not rocket science....you don't have ESP so you are going to have to just tell her what you would except and if she wants the oposite she is not for you.

I would really try to stay away from office relationships!!
