Will hot checks hurts me during a background check?


I am having a background check done for a potential job and I recently found out that I have a few hot checks out. I think they care categorized as a misdemenor but I am not sure. I really need this job.

Ir really depends on the employer. some just care that you dont have any criminal convictions. others want you to be almost a saint and have nothing negative in your background chekc. good luck with your job.
