I've just got this job and already I want to date my hot blonde supervisor at work.?

Problem is, I don't know how i should approach her without seeming out of line...I don't want her to go all sexual harrassment on me or think I'm creepy. Suggestion? Constructive suggestions?

I say....never mix work and play! It's not a great idea to date a co worker. But, if you insist .... I would start by asking her if she would like to go grab a bite to eat in the deli down the street instead of sitting in the company break room on lunch hour. If she agrees and your luncheon goes well...you can tell her you enjoyed lunch and would like to take her to dinner. So long as you aren't sexually explicit or suggestive or won't take no for an answer there isn't really any harassment. Good luck either way. :)

If your under 25 then go for it !!! You can always get another job.
Just go for it and ask her out and if she says no thin leave it at that. if you keep pushing the issue it can be sexual harrasment.

This isn't a suggestion, it's definitely a statement. Getting with your hot boss is a very very bad idea. In your question, you have already found your answer. You really need to listen to yourself more.
