My find was in a halfway house they sent her back saying that her urine was hot but know for sure their lying.


THEY ARE SAYING SHE TOOK THE URINE 9-31 AND 10-1 BOTH WERE HOT BUT ON10-2 SHE TOOK A URINE TEST FOR A JOB AND PASSED IT HAVE RESULT MYSELF THE WHOLE TIME OF HER INCARSERATION SHE HAS NEVER HAD A WRITE UP OR ANY MISCONDUCT PROBLEM.ASLO SO KNOW FOR SURE THAT THERE ARE EMPLOYEE THAT ARE HAVING RELATIONS AND SEXUAL RELATIONS WITH THE INMATES ALSO THAT THE PEOPLE THAT THEY HIRE ARE DRUG USER TO WHERE ONE OF THEM TRIED TO SWITCH URINES WITH THE INMATE CAME TO FIND OUT THE EMPLOYEE URINE WAS HOT NOT THE INMATE THERE LOT MORE BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO I NEED TO GET HER A URINE RIGHT AWAY BEFORE THEY SAY THE TIME HAS PASSED FOR HER URINE TO BE HOT.SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am assuming a positive UA will end up with her back in jail/prison? If so this is a serious problem.

First of all what type of tests were taken. I am guessing the halfway house used an "instant" (dip stick type) test. These are not at accurate as one sent out to a lab. Also, if this type test is used it generally cannot be considered for a probation/parole violation. This is because there is no chain of custody and probably no same sample available.

If your friend is clean, and her record is good, I think she will be fine. Many halfway house employ "former" addicts. Like the saying goes, one day at a timer; staff can relapse too. You might urge her to consider a different halfway house. There are many options available so getting "referrals" from former clients is a good way to learn about their programs.
