Recommendations for job search sites? |
I'm currently looking on monster, careerbuilder, and hot jobs. Do you know of any other sites that you've had luck with? If your in school, a recent graduate or your school allows Alumni to access their facilities the college career center and website, usually E-Recruiting, are by far the best resources (http://erecruiting.com/stu/pick_school).... If you have a technology specific job description www.dice.com is a good source. You may also want to access www.usajobs.opm.gov/. This is the Fed Govt official job listing site. In tha past I have always gone directly to the website of an employer I was interested in and either contacted HR or applied via online application and email. This tends to generate a higher rate of return than going through online headhunters. Hope this helps. hotjobs, monster, craigslist. sorry, stick with monster, you'll find something there I've never had luck with those sites. You are better off reading the classifieds and then going ands putting in applications in in person. My own personal experience Try hotjobs.com for the US citizens.... There varies different sites for different Countries... Try one of your local sites. Check your chamber of commerce web site for the addresses. Also try your states job service. Most of them you can access them right at home. |
