Will the fact that i'm on percocette still show up hot for mariquanna during a drug screen? |
I'm not into drugs but i smoked pot to fit in at a party, now i have a drug screen in 5-6 days. What luck. however, a doctor once told me, get a note for your pain oxycodone/percocette pills because you will show up hot for marijuanna. I partook in about 3 joints, i'm not proud but i have a great job and i stand to lose it now,,my bad. Any pointers. please advise. Oxycodone and marijuana show up as separate substances on a drug test. And if you don't have a note for the oxycodone you will be even more screwed than testing positive for marijuana. Just drink allot of water, like 1 to 2 gallons a day, along with exercise and an increased intake of niacin, vitamin B3, found in enriched flour and energy drinks, and you'll be fine. Especially since you are not a regular smoker. There are other ways such as chemical flushes and taking B3 pills but they can make you feel like you have the worst sunburn of your life all over. Flour water is a good bet but it tastes like *** and can do weird stuff to your stomach. Maybe try green teas and other healthy drinks to break the monotony of water all the time, but water is your best bet. Source(s): Personal experience. Yes....and you should lose your job if you were dumb enough to smoke pot just to "fit in." 10 years in law enforcement I'm about 99% certain that there's no way that a positive marijuana test can be passed as having taken oxycodone or percocet. The type of drug is completely different. Oxycodone and percocet are narcotic analgesics, and marijuana is a completely different substance without any similarities. You will need a note/prescription from your doctor for your prescribed narcotics, because they will show up on a drug test, but the marijuana will, too. You can anonymously call a drug screening facility and ask if the pxycodone/percocet will show up as marijuana on a screening test. They will know better than I do! If they won't, then good luck. I wish you the best. There are quite a few companies that offer drug rehab counseling. Maybe if you admitted the marijuana usage before the screening test, they would put you in counseling instead of firing you. Hope this helps! Your percocette will show up which will be no big deal if you have a script. And yes your marijuana will show up also. If I remember right it stays in your system for 32 days!!!! Your screwed.You can try drinking alot of water tea but then the test may come back "cleansed". That's not good either. Good luck |
