Noone seems to want to hire me?

I've applied at many places through Careerbuilder.com, and Hot Jobs. The companies which i happened to apply at are still hiring and I applied like maybe between 1-2 months ago. I just quit a job that didn't work out for me, and i still think that i can maybe work at the Airport, but i was suppose to work there 2 months ago. I never called the mgr back... any helpful suggestions?

3 weeks agoI'm not lazy, i'm not a drugie, [<~i know not necessary to say] I have good experience that i learned in my first job, i happen to be the shift leader and 1 of the best employees overall.

The key to getting hired is to be persistent. Call them back. ALWAYS. Some people won't even consider someone who doesn't. It boils down to effort, and if you show enough interest then someone will be more likely to hire you. Don't be embarrassed or anything, just call in to the companies that you applied to and tell them that you put in an application and if the position is still available, and that you are "still very interested in the position". Let them know you want it! And in the end, don't get down on yourself~you can put in a million applications and there will be THAT ONE that will be the perfect job for you. I have been through the same thing myself. Don't worry, something will come along. GOOD LUCK~!

i dont think i would hire you sounds like your a bad propect .. but go to the local Jobs service center like the employment office and ask them about their job hiring training programs to train folks in getting hired resumes help also get one made by an expert for about a hundred and make copies for the personel directors
