Applying online?



you know when you apply for a job onine through one of the job sites like careerbuilder or hot jobs.. . . . what is your email cover letter supposed to look like. don't need help with wording or the body, but do you it in memo form i.e. To, From, Subject, Date or do you just go straight into it by saying something like Dear Hiring Manager. Do you follow up with another letter if you hear nothing or just say *#! I'm sorry but duhhhh . . . and help!

I submit a cover letter, written in the same style as if I were mailing a letter. I use the Greeting : Dear Sir or Madam: "
