I need a good outside comissioned salesperson. Any suggestins for finding someone? Hot Jobs, Monster, newspaper, etc. Most cost effective.
if u want to employ a gd employee u shud luk at their degrees, gcses and other qualificaions they might have. You can look for their skills, maybe put them in a freak accident or something to c wt they wud do in pressure n panic, dont go for sm1 with their ethnic groups/race/age or sex. if you have 1 job put 2 people would be perfect for it then look at what 1 person has n the other doesnt and see which 1 would be most useful for your work enviroment.are they a good laugh but can also work hard when they know they need to? CAn they get on with other people but also work well on their own? these are just simple things that can make the biggest difference to the person you choose. Good luck with finding the right person!
