How are retail jobs? do the hours change per week or do they only change if you are part time?

how do the hours work? anybody work at hot topic at all? how are they?

Well, most retail stores are flexible with hours. You pretty much tell them when you are available & how many hours per week you would like to work. Malls usually close at 9pm, so keep in mind you may be there until 10pm or later because you need to put all the clothes back and straighten up the store. Also, remember that you may even be there past midnight - especially when you have a new floor (you get new clothes in) or around holidays. Best thing to do is you tell them what you can and cannot do. If you can't work past 10pm, speak up and tell them.
