See I work at a factory that has 2 divisions. I was told I was going to only work for a month or so, temporarily at Factory 2 and then i was gonna return to factory 1 when the hot job was completed. Factory 2 and my boss want me to stay. My boss originally said it was my choice now where i wanted to work and that i could come back to factory 1 but now he's denying it. What do I do?????
Very politely approach your boss and give him your best reasons why you want to go back to factory one. He can do one of two things: send you back to factory one or you stay at factory 2. It is entirely up to him and if you stay in 2, you will have to find a way to accept it. Perhaps you are doing a great job in 2 and they want you there. Good luck.
