Were is the best hot beach city on the south or east coast for newlyweds to relocate to?

Were looking for sun, beach, clean water, cheap rent/housing, and a good job market. If we happen to be about 45 minutes from the coast........who cares (well I do), but thats what weekends are for. Warm winters and less hurricane territory a plus (but not required). Hopefully this isnt some fantacy land I've made up in my head. Thanks!!!!!!!!!

I Thought you said south OR east coast correct? well, 1rst off, there's no place that is not expensive to live anymore.housing is through the rooof everywhere. but in answer to your question, in Wareham,MA. there is a very nice, warm & totally quiet & peacefully beautiful beach in this town & state called Onset Beach. It is the BEST that i've ever been to here in Massachusetts as far as the East Coast goes. the rest of the Atlantic Ocean Beaches are Very cold indeed! Nantasket Beach In Hull,MA. Is VERY Filthy & TOO Cold To Even Go Into The Water. But Right Up The Street Towards Cohasset, Is Gun Rock Beach & It Is VERY VERY Nice & Warm & Clean! I Hope this answer helps you out.
