I am muscle spams and crams -hot showers and ice don't help. Aches- feels like i can't relax my muscle-Help!?! |
I am 22 years old-work long hours, try to exercise, but am so tired after work that I just try to relax from working all day. My job consits of me standing all day, but when I sit-my muscles hurt so, I don't want to sit down. I have had a past history of muscle problems, but I think it is getting worse. Try and do some stretches at work, on your breaks if you have to. You might also try some bengay. If none of these things work, then I suggest you see a dr. It might be something more than just tired, aching muscles. Might want to try a pain reliever also. I suggest aleve. get ur doctor to prescribe you a muscle relaxer. Salt and bananas. This increases your potassium level and should help out with the cramps. And when a cramp hits, pour a little salt on your tongue and let it dissolve. It usually helps. Try stretching before you go to work and before you rest when you come home and drink lots of water and also look for orthopedic pantyhose.
