I cant get pregnant after an ectopic surgery, was that the baby ? was that a hot injection?who/wat caused it?

i was 5 weeks pregnant when i spotted, (no pains) it was not much, but my husband out of fear of loosing the baby, took me to a tradtional man (a neigbour told him about it), he checked me and said "the baby is there" i taught its over, i can now go home, but he told me to open my legs so he could put some leaf to stop the spoting, i refused but my neigbour insisted i allow him do his job. and so he pushed the ball-shaped-squeezed leaf inside of me (forcefully), and he told me to remove it after some hours which i did. a week later i had a serious one with pains, when we went back, he said the baby is there, after one wk i started having serious pains in my abdomen, my husb out of fear that i was going to die called a nurse in my area, she came with 2tablets, and an injection which she gave me (i was becoming unconsious) immediately she gave me the inject, sumtin fell on the ground, i was later daigonised of ectopic pregnacy. this is 8 months after the surgry, was that really ectopic?

What on earth?? My first question is, why are you not seeing a traditional obgyn?? And secondly, why on earth would you allow your neighbor to dictate what treatments are done to you?!! I find it hard to believe that whatever alternative treatment was done to you, was done under sterile circumstances with evidence-based medical research backing up the treatment. It sounds quite barbaric. I am really confused as to why people are apparently forcing some kind of plants up into your uterus at the neighbor's urging and later on injecting you with unknown substances causing you to lose conciousness. An ectopic pregnancy can only be diagnosed through medical intervention, such as a diagnostic test, or if it comes to the point of tubal rupture, surgery. Who knows what it was in your case, since you had barbaric, backwoods, sham treatment rendered upon you - with what sounds suspiciously like a lack of permission from you. You should have gone right to your obgyn or the ER when you started spotting, no matter what your cultural or religious background - we are taking about a potential medical emergency here. Whatever "leaf" was placed inside you might even have caused the pregnancy loss. It could have been a kelp laminaria, for example, that caused early cervical dilation and subsequent miscarriage. I am appalled at what you have been subjected to and hope in the future you take a far more empowered approach to your body and healthcare.

I do not see how magics or injections can remove an ectopic pregnancy . But I do not quite understand your story, is quite confuse.

In case that you had been operated because of a well diagnosed ectopic pregnancy, what happens when an embryo stays in the Fallopian tubes -were the natural fertilization happens-instead of moving to the uterus and there implant to keep on growing, then usually the woman stays fertile.
Of course, in medicine nothing is so easy....many other reasons can stop you from becoming pregnant : a pelvic infection that affected the other tube, or simply being too anxious expecting to become pregnant again if that is what you want, scared of having another bad experience,etc,etc,etc.

One more little advice, do not make such a nonsense as to accept to do what you do not want.

Loosing a baby due to an ectopic pregnancy is one experience that costs lives to many women all over the world. Usually the diagnosis can not be made unless a pelvic echography or a surgery have " seen" the embryo out of place.
Becoming pregnant after loosing a real ectopic pregnancy is not only possible, but as real as many kids hanging around in the world that were conceived and born from a mother who had this pain full experience.
