What age is OK for kissing: 13 14 15 16-17
What age is OK for a couple to be on top of eachother kissing? 14 15 16
what age Is OK for fingering or hand jobs: 14 15 16
What age is OK for sex: 15 16 17-18

My Singapore friend has just told me of something in the news over there that horrified me - a girl of 9 having a baby! So obviously some people are doing it way to early.
kissing is fine from 13 and up, sitting on top of each other whild kissing? it might feel weird when there 13 and 14, so 15 and 16+ is good...and for the other two? its leagaly 18, but kids do it underage, so id say 15-16....i lost my virginity at 15...so i cant say much...
