Bonobos (used to be called pygmy chimpanzees) are well-known to engage in masturbation (including "hand jobs"), recreational sex and oral sex (chimpanzees do not do this, to my knowledge).

And again, as in humans, sex is central to social relationships in bonobo communities.

Non-human primates have even been photographed of this...not handjobs but masturbation
