Anal sex with life partner to avoid pregnency ? is it ok?

presently i am wearing IUD ( copper T) from last six yrs . doctor advised against wearing another one. not interested in condom.
I am only 36 & 1 child. we have sex every day ( we are 100% commited to each other ) do not want go for operation. taking pills for the rest of life is it safe? usually i reach squirting orgasm by my hubby's tongue & hand job. later we meet in doggy style.
he is not interested in my hand/mouth job. he likes to enter me.
pl help by correct advice?

I would highly recommend you continue to practice safe anal sex. The risk of pregnancy is great and costly. The anus has only to douched and is a great vaginal substitute.

Nothing wrong with it, as long as you enjoy it. Think a diaphragm may be an easier alternative though, as Anal requires lots of preparation, and patience.
