Serious problem, need advice.?

Yesterday my grandmother and i were sitting down on the couch watching price is right. She has alzheimer's disease and she often goes in and out of reality, if you know what i mean. Well during a commercial, she started talking to me in a very erotic way. She kept calling me Charles (my grandfathers name). Well lets just say i panicked and let things progress to a real serious manner. She zipped down my pants and proceeded to give me a hand job. When the price as right came back on, she started talking about how sexy Bob Barker was. When bob barker was showing the contestants how to spin the wheel her grip got much harder. This lead me to beleive that she thought she was stroking bob barker's penis instead of mine. If my mom found out that her mom took my hand job virginity i think she would kill me. I dont know what to do please help.
