I have been job hopping...graduated last august and so far I already have 3 different jobs. Is this normal?

No. But that's OK. If you don't stop yourself, people will stop letting you.

i think you have to make up your mind and find a job that will suit you. if you job hop all the time, your prospective employers might be discouraged from hiring you from the fear that you might resign after a few months.

Why have you been job hopping? There is nothing wrong with it as long as there is an improvement after each move. But if you have been job hopping because you accepted bad job offers there is something wrong with your job hunting and evaluation methods.

Before accepting any offer ask yourself the following questions.

1.Will the job give me opportunities to grow?

2. Is the company on the rise and does it offer stability?

3. Will the position be interesting and challenging?

4. Do I fit into the corporate culture?

5. Are the hour flexible, and do they match my needs?

6. Does the position involve travel.

7. Is the company in a convenient location?

8. Will I enjoy working for my new boss?

Peace and blessings!

Its not good. Stability in your resume is very important. I would use a career consulting service to learn what I was doing wrong and how to change it before you really damage your chances of having a career. I can recommend the firm that I used, Learntosucceed.biz. For the price of a business for dummies book, you get their cd-rom and the right to call in and get personalized advice from the author. The cd covers all the things that hiring managers are searching for in a job candidate and employee. I still read it to keep my skills fresh.
The phone conversation I had with the author(a long time hiring manager at a big firm on Wall St) was extremely helpful when I was looking for my last(current) job
Best wishes and good luck

Three jobs in a year would be way more than average. Unless the first two went out of business or laid you off, have a good explanation ready if you are going on an interview.
