I am about to graduate from college with a 4year in Math, I'm thinking of going for my masters. Where though? |
I am about to graduate from college with a 4year in Math, I'm thinking of going for my masters or getting a job doing something with Math. No jobs spring to mind for math though. Suggestions for Jobs or graduate schools will be appreciated. I've considered doing Teaching as I like "one-on-one" but I can't do "thirty-on-one." (I've switched majors because of experience in the classroom (High School)) http://www.math-jobs.com/ http://www.nsa.gov/careers/careers_3.cfm... http://www.technicalwriterjobs.com/... There are a ton of jobs out there if you know how to write your resume and have a little experience. Accountant Financial Planner, Insurance Underwriter, Economist ,Tax examiner/collector, Market research analyst ,Stockbroker, Actuary, Cryptologist, Teacher, Statistician, Operations Research, Numerical Analyst and the Engineering field loves mathematicians: Industrial Engineer, Nuclear Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Aerospace Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Petroleum Engineer, Civil Engineer. As noted above the federal government is big on hiring those with math skills and to get a math teacher some school systems will pay off your whole college loan! Good luck and do not worry鈥? http://www.math.purdue.edu/jobs/careers/... http://math.uc.edu/ugrad/what.html... http://www.math.com/students/advice/care... http://math.about.com/od/careers/careers... |
