Is there a way to win experience without paying or working for apply for a job after graduate from college?

Some companies just hire people with experience but how can I get it if they don't hire somebody without it.

You are asking a questions that I heard as a recruiter every day.

My advice would be to do some volunteer work while in college. You don't get paid for it, but you do get some experience. While in college you can also do an internship somewhere, you advisor should be able to tell you where to go to get information on this.

If you are interested in volunteering, check out www.guidestar.org and www.usaboardnet.org (I think that is the address - Google USA AND boardnet and you will find the link).

While there is not substitute for paying experience, anything is better than nothing.
Most of fresh graduate they work for free in order to receive one year experience to go to the next level of job. First you need to pay before receive.
good luck
