College graduate confused and needs help finding job?

I recently graduated from college with a bachelor in aviation and business administration, and I am having a hard time finding a job. I think because of the instability of the aviation industry, but all the jobs i find require 2-5 years of experience. Experience that I currently do not have. Now I'm more confused than ever about my career. I don't know what to do?

I thought about getting involved in a stock broker trainee program, but I don't know exactly on how to get into that (I took 2 accounting courses, finance, and management courses in college). Does anyone know of a stock broker trainee program in Chicago.

if you want to consider becoming a stock-broker, check the yellow pages--look for the biggest companies--Merrill Lynch, etc. etc..they could provide you with details--also, go back to the college you graduated from, check with the professors and or the Dean of the school dept., and ask for advise from them- or from some fellow graduates that have found jobs-- where & how did they do it--look at some grads history from 2 yrs ago- how & what did they do with your similar background- nose around the school and see if they have a placement bureau- they can help or offer advise or suggestions to you--or also, consider some occupational testing--take some tests, see what you are suited for because of your personality, likes & dis-likes, skills and interests- some junior colleges have these testing labs --ask around-- check into mgmt training programs in different industries- other that what you studyied-that may have some similarities or common traits..if i can be of further help- please holler back at me- also consider a different city- like nyc or somewhere where jobs in your field might be more plentifull, dallas, houston, la, atlanta ??? good luck to you !!
Look for internships. They are invaluable because they are a foot in the door and also give you experience.

Just make sure the internship is not one of those "Get My Coffee" deals.
no I don't ...but there is a ground floor opportunity in Chicago as well as other places..... go to http://coxinternational.biz for more information
Almost every acredited college should have a placement office that you should go through first, since they usually have good relationships with companies. with your degree you should look into Boeing since their corporate headquarters are now located in Chicago. There is a huge difference and support when you go through your college's placement office versus trying to apply on your own.
