Apply anyway the worst they will do is turn you down. If a job wants 3 years exp. they are just looking for the best possible applicant. Try going to a local temp agency. This way you can work in human resources at a job for a short period of time and thus gain the experience. However, they don't always expect exact experience, like HR experience for a HR job. You can start to build experience in other departments of the kinds of companies you want to work with, and that experience can later be transferred over to HR. It might take a bit of time, but you can do it! |
