Is there any discrimination against malay graduates in finding jobs?

You feel so maybe you are not confident with yourself. Private companies are not like Government. Their goal is to earn profits. Unlike Government who helps and supports some group of people.

If you are talented, I am sure you are welcome everywhere. If there is discrimination against you in recruitment, then there is the loss of that company.

Yes, of course there is, because they are not required to get as high grades as other races in Malaysia, so employers know they are not as well qualified.
