New grad only been with company for 2 months, can I switch jobs?

I been with my current company for 2 months. I have a really good track record going and get along with everybody in the company. Now I want to leave because I dont like how my boss talks to me at times

I found a job with another company that interests me. I want to apply, but find that there is no purpose because they will see my short tenure at my current company and figure I will jump ships on them top. What should I do? My current job is my first full time job after graduating college. What excuses can I make if I do land an interview?

Should I stay at least a year?

Go for the new job. When they ask why you are leaving, (they always ask) just tell them that as a new graduate, you wanted to get some experience while you were looking for the "perfect job" and that you believe their job will be better because... don't mention how you feel about the current boss.
Apply for a new job. If they don't want you because of your short tenure, then just stay at the current job. It doesn't hurt to try.
