How much will the school I graduate from in comp-sci or comp-eng impact my future employment?

I am going to go back to school at 30 and get a computer-science or computer engineering degree(bachelors). I live in Washington State which has UW, one of the top ten schools in the nation as well as several technical colleges such as ITT, and some other state colleges. Is the school I choose going to impact my ability to find a job once I graduate and/or greatly influence my earning power either way. Or is the fact that I have a degree enough to get my foot in the door and from there it all dependes on my abilities etc.?

No. Whether you can speak an Asian language and be willing to transfer to India will.
