Need a job when i graduate from college in may ill take anything at this point?

i am looking for something that can help me start paying off my loans iam serious so no stupis answers please i am looking for something in new york city. pay $15 to $22 an hour

I am sure that there is a Career Center/Placement Office on your college campus. GO! Make a new friend in the office. Have them help you write a resume and work on your interviewing skills.

Most colleges have "on campus" interviews that they arrange with employers. See what's coming up. Register, interview. Write good cover letters. Learn to write "thank you" letters.

Ask who's hired graduates with your major. Get the info from the placement center on a contact with that company. Send resumes & cover letters.

Start thinking in terms of earnings per year rather than dollars per hour!

New York is tough... broaden your horizens! Look outside the city. Consider relocating. Go online to newspapers in other cities you would consider. Look at the "job ads". Send more resumes!

See if there is a "professional association" associated with your career. Go, join, schmooze! (Take copies of your resume.)

Finding a "career" is hard... don't give up! Source(s): Professional career counselor!
