I was thinking CCNA, solaris certs..I wish to be a sys admin/network admin or both...I am eager to learn and need soem guidance from the pros.
i would start with the ccna and become an mcp. This will at least get people to talk to you. Unix is a hard field to break into unless you start off as a backup operator. But with a MCP and a CCNA cert that will at least put you in a situation were you can decide what it is you really want to do.
The hot cake in the market now are cisco,cwnp, solaris. for what u are looking at u cannot afford to limit urself to ccna
