They should be not given any job. They should follow the legal process to enter and then obtain employment. I still believe we should strive to what JFK pushed to bring the best and brightest into government service so hopefully more of our citizens do want to give back to their country and serve it from local government to the federal level.

Yes perhaps one should take over for the fool we have as a sitting president.

Is the pay for the job competitive with the local economy or does the employer pay less?
Does the employer offer any benefits?
Does the employer pay only in cash?

How could the government employee illegals without the proper paperwork?

You mean like having to register for the draft? Yeah, our govt seems to think so.....Since we are lacking those who would voluntarily register to join the armed forces....Seems they are not good enough to become legal, and yet they are REQUIRED to register for the draft, a tad hypocritical, don't ya think? Good enough to serve, but not good enough to be legal...

Illegals can get those type of jobs? I'm pretty sure the goverernment gives it to them because no other "American" will take it and because it helps them to become citizens. I think it's ok, not great but ok. Some Americans don't know how to appreciate things now days. It true, look at our ghetto hoods and gangs. Look at the rich kids, they don't know how to live the real life and just depend on mommy's and daddy's money.

No illegals should be given jobs in government. Not unless you want a corrupt government, sensitive information being leaked to 50 different countries (yes I'm sure everyone in the third world would love to know your SS number, birth details and everything else needed to create a fake idenity), a foreign president (can you imagine if George Bush were to pass a bill that demanded that every women wear the muslim headscarf) etc.
