Why do government sector jobs tend to be more secure than private sector jobs? |
I think it may be that they tend to be under less pressure than private companies to generate revenues to stay in business. It's more slow paced in government sector, and sometimes it gets tearfully boring, but that may just be my experience. They don't need to make a profit. They have so many hurdles to jump through that it is difficult to fire someone. That's the big difference. |
