Does anybody in the mortgage finance business know what jobs are available that are not commission based? |
in any other field. Most operations jobs have some sort of hourly or salary. Marketing, HR, Compliance. Your basic office jobs are not commisioned based. Loan Officers and some Management positions above Loan Officers are more likely to be salary/commision based. Any other sales jobs, possibly some retail bank positions, all banks are different, but this is probably about it. Non commissioned positions include: |
