What is the related job if i major in finance? |
what would be my opening salary if i major in finance Banking, investing, capital management, treasury functions, etc. That's where most of the general finance majors end up. These areas usuall start pretty low on the pay scale but, if you're good, you can usually move up pretty quickly. You'll need to put in a lot of hours in the beginning. Depending on where you are, I would expect $40K - $50K. Also, try to do an internship somewhere in the area of finance that you like. That will move to up on the list of first time candidates. I think you can get around $40k/year. The best shot is go for MBA. You will see you salary at least double. Loan Officer...Financial Planner.....as far as salary...as an loan officer myself without the degree i make about 60,000 a year...how ever there are loan officers i know that make 150,000...financial planners can make 60,000 plus.....it depends on the comany and the set up.... |
