Looking to go in to IT work, what kind of jobs can i get if only have a minor in information systems?

my interest is IT work, can i find good jobs with a major in family finance, minor in information systems and a minor in business? would it be harder to find a IT job without a major in information systems?

I'm not sure about the degrees, but my husband is in IT (has been for a long time) and it is an ever changing career. Software used to be developed but now it's mostly "analylized" and may someday be outsourced. I would lean towards IT careers related to finance, medical etc - areas of service that cannot easily be contracted out.

So my guess is keep a major in some area of business, and a minor in IT.

Go to monster.com etc and see what the patterns are and the pay scale. Keep up with the trends of the world and where things are headed.
