How do I set up accounting records for a new finance company?

I just got a new job to set up accounting procedures for a newly established finance company ,I want to hear from experts what to do

Honestly if you have to ask this you probably should not have that job. Be honest with yourself and realize you will not last long. Go look for a job you can do...maybye a chef or a sex worker or somthing.
