How can i learn to relax i just moved into a one bedroom apartment i am working three jobs? |
i am 36yrs old female who just moved into a one bedroom apartment my finances are a mess so i took on two other jobs to try to clean up my debts but i find i am so tired so far i have not gotten paid yet and everything is due. i pray everyday that god will help me not to think about all my problems them i can not sleep to good from thinking about them!! Cast all your cares upon the Lord and leave them there. Quit at least one of those jobs and use that time to spend with God. You will see a major turn around in your situation. You will feel so great when you get your head above water. Remember..God never gives us more than we can handle :) you took on 3 jobs..good for you trying to clean up the finances but hon if you dont take care of your health you will not be able to work any of those jobs and the financial stuggle will get worse.. Instead of working 3 jobs...what about going to school part time and getting a grant to pay for school so none comes out of your pockets and you can work a job that you like and you wont be so streatched as you finances are...God bless It seems that you are a workaholic and needs to streamline some things. In the long run it will benefit you nothing. Depending on how many bills you are face with, start with the smallest one and eliminate it and go to the next smallest and before you know it you could become debt free. Other things you can do is perhaps consolidate your bills and pay one note a month and then you will not need 3 jobs and there will be plenty to splur and save. It's time to grow up and be more responsible with your finances. You got yourself into this mess and now you are paying the price, unfortuantely. You most likely have credit card debt, right? I suggest you contact the companies and try to work out a payment plan. Tell them you can give them a certain dollar amount and are working three jobs to do so. If they give you trouble, find a reputable credit/debt help agency. Check it out before you go for help. They will counsel you on how to pay it off and get the credit card companies to work with you. After all that, you should tell yourself you are doing all you can and things will work out. Continue to pray. God answers prayers of those who are His. Do you live your life as one of His according to His rules? That is the most important thing. |
