Is there a calif or federal program to help unemployed fix the car to help get a job? |
trying to find a california or a federal program that will help unemployed people fix their vehicles, which will help them in getting a job. I know if you are on welfare, in Calif., that they will help with vehicle repairs. But what about the unemployed. I had to turn down a $3200.00 a month job because my car won't start when cold. Does anyone know of any help out there?
