If you dont tell your federal probation officer that you have a job orbank account, can they find out anyway? yes they can...all they need to do is pull a report using your social security number and WHALAAAAA what are you hiding be honest dont get in any more trouble keeping informformation from your probation officer may not be a good idea! Believe it they can! In a flash! Whoever is on federal probation should have been notified of the rules of the program in writing, ask the probation officer of the rules in writing, hold on to those writings like it is gold, and get back to me. Yes! All they need is your social sucrity #. All the have to do is run a serch with the IRS, because if you have a "real" job you had to fillout an I9 and W4 both of which or on record at the IRS. Don't screw around with the truth. Obviously you are on probation because of some prior dishonesty. Haven't you learned your lesson yet? Do you want to land back in jail? |
