Are there any federal restrictions or laws against having a second job? no. No. Some people are working three jobs -- although I can hardly imagine how one might do it. YES there are if you work for the Federal Government.. in either a Military or Civilian capacity.. You can have a second job, but it has to be approved by the "agency" by law, and YOU have the duty to ask for that permission (retired federal employee & former Federal union President) United States Code (USC) and Code of Federal Fegulation (CFR) No, but an employer can get upset with you if a second job interferes, obviously! |
