no.
No. Some people are working three jobs -- although I can hardly imagine how one might do it.
YES there are if you work for the Federal Government.. in either a Military or Civilian capacity.. You can have a second job, but it has to be approved by the "agency" by law, and YOU have the duty to ask for that permission

No, but an employer can get upset with you if a second job interferes, obviously!
