The funds have been cut dramatically for many of them under this administration in order to allow for the federal tax cuts. The states have also lost some grants, therefore, higher and new, very creative taxes within the states. Many federal agencies have lost their effectiveness due to the lack of funding. Like? If corporations were run like the federal agencies, they would be bankrupt in a matter of weeks. Probably. Out of sight because there are no screw ups, out of heart. Nope! *sm* |
