I was recently arrested for misdemeanor battery and I am currently on federal probation, what can I do? |
it was a club brawl that for one reason or another I found myself in the middle of....I have been or federal probation for 2 years with no problems I have a good job and I have not gotten into any trouble since my release......now this happens I was not even the attacker I was just caught in the middle..does any1 know what my worst case scenerio would be???? I live in Florida the club brawl was in broward county. I would also guess that being on probation you should NOT have been in a bar. not get convicted....it will be an automatic violation........ |
