(FEP)Federal Employment Program?

i am 34 weeks pregnant and i just gone to a FEP orientation a few days ago. Im suppose to meet with my employment counselor tomorrow to discuss an activity plan because i need to work 30 hours a week. If im in my last trimester why do they give people an "activity plan". Im already employed but i only work 20 hrs a week so tomorrow were goin to try and find some other job that would make up for the other 10. Why am i suppose to be doing this if im pregnant?? im going to ask her tomorrow but its bothering me right now. Thanks in advance
