What kind of jobs can be obtained with a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree?


And what is the average starting salary of graduates with this degree?

You should be able to get any entry level Mechanical Engineer position. You will start a little less but your salary will increase rapidly once your employer realizes you actually know how to do stuff.

I have a degree in Computer Graphics Technology, I had some work expereince with AutoCAD and PRO\E. My first job, as a Mechanical Engineer right out of school, I earned about $35K in Atlanta. Now (3 years later) I make about twice that.
