When are women really going to produce in the engineering field?

The only way a woman can produce in the engineering field is if we dumb down the policies of engineering until the only women who can't get a degree are the ones who can't spell their name correctly. More and more femanists will cry and moan and say math equations are sexually biased. The irony of the engineering field is that the only women who seem to graduate now are the women from other cultures than America. Since the women from those other cultures like children, something can be said about femanism taking away more engineering jobs from women.

Some American women have all the qualifications necessary for engineering; they just don't have the encouragement. Maybe we would see more American female engineers if there wasn't as much criticism of the concept from people like you.

That doesn't make any sense. There are plenty of women who could be (and are) engineers.

I have not heard of any major engineering inventions made by women recently, but that is a whole other subject and they are bound to happen eventually.

Women should have choices, as should men- arguing against that doesn't make much sense.
wow I dont agree with feminists but you are an idiot there are several female's in the engineering feild. I have a friend in Bio engineering and I know someone else who does engineering and she is an excelent person. There are less women in that feild because there realy isnt that interest.
Engineers work in teams. Women who are engineers contribute their share to the team . The *team* produces the end product, whether it is an airplane, a bridge or a surgical implant. Sometimes, women are even the team leaders.
