Engineering branch? |
I have research engineering jobs. They all require more than 2 years of experience? i was wondering where do you get that experience?college?university? Some places do hire students directly out of college so not all engineering jobs require 2 years of experience. Where I am going to school it is easy to find summer internships so maybe that counts for some experience. lign="right" > Sign in to vote! You need to start with an engineering degree. While at college, avoid burger flipping jobs and get something technical, either for the university or a nearby company. When at university, go for internships at big companies. As long as you're not a waster during the summer internship, you have a big chance for employment at that company. Basically, large companies hire some proportion of new grads. Smaller companies tend not to. lign="right" > Sign in to vote! If you're trying to get a paycheck in the meantime there's always the service. Preferably an engineering job in the Navy. lign="right" > Sign in to vote! lass="explain-text">Sometimes none of the answers get it just right. If so, pick "No Best Answer".
