What's the best way to find an Entry-Level Engineering job?

Online? Career fairs? Cold-calling? Anything I haven't thought of?

Career fairs are ok. Does you university have a placement office? Even if you have graduated most schools have resources for alumni. Also, try joining the professional association for your field. They often waive the joining fee for recent graduates and the unemployed. These associations often have job listings on their web sites or in their newsletters. Their meetings and seminars are a good place to network.
use your school's placement office (as mentioned) but also try for summer internships. find faculty who may have industry contacts.
