Why is it that most American companies insist on a green card holder or a citizen for a Test Engineering Job?? |
Isnt it Ironic Indian Test Engineers are not picked up when the entire world is looking towards India for quality software programmers. When then should Test Program Set (TPS) writers be treated any differently?? Typically test engineering gets into ISO 9001 Standards and certification. Test engineering also tends to involve industry secrets that are not as common in manufacturing outside the US. A big reason in longevity. Test Engineering is very application specific. Unlike programming or design, test engineering usually takes a few years at an single position to be effective and efficient. Without a green card or citizenship, you are limited to 3 years pending renewal. coz to send them again to their country once their work has been done... it is an easy way naaa....my friend SAFETY & SECURITY |
