Are there any weapons/robotic research jobs in the military?

I just took the ASVAB and scored in the top 82 percentile. Is that good enough to allow me to get a job in engineering/science reseach feilds if there are any in the military?
(The minimal score to get into the military is a 31)

Most military engineering jobs are farmed out to private industry. The military only gets directly involved in field testing the new weapons systems once the private companies have done all the research and development.

If you really have an interest in this field, you need to go to college and get yourself an engineering degree. Then, if you can't get hired by a company that's doing the research you want to be involved in, at least you can come into the military as an Officer instead of a grunt.
yes there are but you have to have special traning. u can find out for info on www.army.com.
CNN did a piece about sentury robots being developed and are now being tested at the Aberdeen Testing Grounds
