Which city in USA has the best job opportunities for Electrical, Electronics or Software Engineering?


I have a MS degree in Electrical Engineering and am specialized in Electronic, Software and Digital Signal Processing. I want to move to a city where I can find a job very quickly. Here in El Paso, there are hardly any jobs in Enginneering field.

Try monster.com and use "software engineer" in your search. I just did a search for Phoenix... The cities of Tempe, Glendale, Chandler, Mesa, and Scottsdale are all part of this area. The job growth here, especially in the tech areas, is very healthy.

Since you are in Texas, I would recommend Austin or Richardson, Texas ( home of the Telecom Corridor). In California there are high tech jobs in the S.F. Bay area (especially Silicon Valley), Los Angeles, and San Diego.
