Engineering?

what engineering branches pay $30 an hour.. because i kinda have a big intrest in enginering..i mean like what job in the engineering field can u get and expect $30 an hour..apart from electrical eng or mechanical and all that..is there another eng job that almost pays the same..

i think chemical pays the most

I'm a civil engineer. Civil start out lower then the other engineering fields but end up on top in the long run. With 2 years experience you can expect to make $30/hr. With 5 yrs you can expect to make $50/hr+. The real money is in engineering management vs being a professional engineering in my opinion. These hourly ranges come from the Atlanta area

Once you have 10 years in civil and become the director of engineering for a large company you can expect to make $100/hr - $200/hr.
