I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology in october of 2006. I have had put my resume on Carrer Buidlers and monster etc..but nothing yet..i did get interviews but nothing is working ..am i doing something wrong? look more places. lign="right" > Sign in to vote! You need to find some people who are already in that field or maybe you might have friends in that field and let them know you are looking for a job and you have the proper qualifications and experience. By the way on 25% of people who post their resumes or reply to the jobs sections get hired. That means companies are hiring from within or taking their current employee referrals. The best and most efficient way is to convince someone who is already working in your field that you are a good candidate. Hopefully, when there is a vacancy it will match your desired position and you will already have a good recommendation from a current employee that works there. lign="right" > Sign in to vote! You're only tapping into a small percentage of your search. You've got to network. Start with the your school - get in touch with your career center, or better yet, talk to your academic adviser for some ideas. They could even help you with setting up informational interviews.
